Summer Hockey Training 2019
These sessions consist of one-on-one training for a block of 60 or 90 minutes. We will work on a program that is specific to your goals.
This training is reserved for sports teams (hockey, soccer, lacrosse, etc.). Sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes.
Don’t want to train alone? Join a small group that is already training at BaileyFitness.
This is an 8-week training program that runs from June 24th to August 16th 2019. The program includes strength and cardiovascular training, as well as speed, power, coordination, agility and flexibility exercises. The goal of this program is to prepare the athlete for his or her tryouts. The program includes 5 x 75 minute sessions per week in our gym as well as 2 hours of ice.
